We are so grateful for what our supporters helped us accomplish last year. In addition to providing workforce development programming to over 300 individuals, DFSWM moved to a new home, welcomed our second Executive Director, and restructured our staffing model to focus on individual strengths and poise ourselves for growth. We are thrilled to have all our programming under one roof and look forward to finishing the buildout of our new location so program participants can receive training and support in the type of professional setting they deserve.

We are proud of our graduates’ many accomplishments during the 2023-2024 program year, highlighted in the image above. More importantly, we can’t wait to see what’s possible with your support in 2024-2025. In addition to our current programs - Suiting, Foot in the Door, Margaret Fitzgerald Mentorship Program, and our Professional Women's Group - we are in the process of rolling out a new women's career center right in downtown Springfield. With your support, we will be able to reach at least 200 more women each year through this expanded programming. Will you consider making a gift today to support the life-changing work we do with and for the women and non-binary folks in our community?
